Having been around this business for 4 plus decades I have seen these flame outs.. and I have seen people like this go to prison.. 

Take no prisoners on this one.

think again Brad there are post after post of people putting their life savings into those morris homes and have nothing but empty shells to show for it taking 90% capital loss's  .. granted some of them of course are as you describe but many were not.in Fact he preys on the beginner and those who did not know about BP or also those that thought because he was on TV how could it not be true :(  one of the worse violation of the public trust I have seen in the last 2 decades.. right up their with Kwami the mayor of Detroit that got thrown in prison.

The trickle of wealthy émigrés out of New York has become a steady stream since police “reforms” released prisoners and mentally ill homeless people into the streets.

Heck, they can even do that in prison!

Zillow's background check is notorious for missing things like evictions.

Is there a federal prison nearby that you can reside in while your family comes to visit periodically? 

The Sherriff's office in Philly is notorious for doing a bad job of serving the owners.

Zillow has notoriously (from what I've heard) been bad at exposure to tenants.
