There are 11 pages of discussion in a forum labeled "The Truth about Wholesaling!"

While I would not label them as a scam, because the curriculum does contain legitimate principles you can use, I would call their program hyped-up and over-priced.

Don't label doing your homework and getting a solid, workable plan together to make smart decisions with you money as paralysis by analysis.  

I'm hoping an experienced investor could help me put a label to this job so I can do some research in advance of going in to the meeting.Thanks, and looking forward to spending more time on the forum!

Never mix assets and make sure you label your personal investments and withdrawals as such. 

You forget, this requires 2 ingredients; actual intelligent wisdom, and the desire to work for the people. 

Or, is it because said property has a certain set of characteristics it would be labeled factually in a certain grade. 

Someone relatively new, by contrast, would just see that $10k line-item labeled "tax" mixed in with all the other closing costs and think it's normal for them as the buyer to pay the full $10k.

I think just utilizing a separate account satisfies the requirement, labeling the account "Trust Account for XXX tenant".
