Having said all that, wholesaling success is all about discipline, organization and a TON of work. 

You are obviously a disciplined, educated investor.

I just need to discipline myself to stop buying guru courses, be laser focused, avoid the “white noise”, work hard & study hard.

You have to have the self discipline to know your end goal and what it takes to get there.

This is a rare and valuable skill and takes work and discipline to develop over time.

. :)Same here - 90% of my portfolio is real estate and it's increasing even more.I probably won't be a multi-millionaire if I kept real estate to 5%.We have to be careful whom we listen to.If you're poor - sure listen to Dave Ramsey so that you gain some financial discipline, some savings and good financial foundation.
