We seem to have different criteria for what constitutes a good investment. 

Unless you are trying to say he could have possibly achieved a better return on his investment by looking at the opportunity cost, his ownership constitutes a positive gain (investment gain) were as renting a similar home at the same amount would have net no yield with the exception of what he would have been made investing his down payment into something else.  

The Constitution only restricts the actions of the government.

Why you would want to limit your tenants constitutional rights is beyond me...

Most crimes constitute Theft, Burglary, and Assault.

Addition of a provision allowing the owner to terminate the lease as described in this clause to a new or renewed rental agreement or fixed-term lease constitutes a similar provision for the purposes of subparagraph (E) of paragraph (1).Does this mean I have to add this to our lease and get tenants to sign it if I want to preserve the right to terminate tenant occupancy to have my family occupy the unit?  

And those restrictions are not money-  The US Constitution gives people the right to not be imprisoned or forced to do anything against their will because they are mentally ill as long as they are not a danger to themselves or others

That constitutes fraud.

To me, if I am shorted a month of rent under backing of the federal government, this is a violation of  constitutional affirmed property rights.
