I don't see that changing at ALL any time soon. its belly to belly in that part of the business period.Friends and colleagues I know that own bigger multis IE 10 to 20 million dollar properties. the good brokers somehow get their cell phone.. they work like a good stock broker would in the day they work the phones.

@Steve Vaughan  My Dad taught me that real Estate was Belly to Belly before there was an internet or cell phones etc.. he would always say so much is in your body language inflections all sorts of things you can only do in person... todays real estate is so focused on hiding behind text messages that get misconstrued etc. 

They were taken with a cell phone, not by a professional photographer, and not using fusion photography which is standard in our market.

All you need is cell phone to move things along.

:@Jason Dicken exactly, I don’t do bandit signs personally, but to think the people who do them are using their home phone or cell phone is laughable.  

You have to have the money to move your belongings, 1st month rent + deposit, check w your last landlord to make sure you didn’t break your lease after you lost your job, and you don’t have have any late cell phone bills.
