Now to answer your questions.1) Go find a real estate lawyer that deals in just real estate (search BP), and ask them about LLCs, and Trusts. 2) This was more of a statement and not a question, but I'll get back to this one at the end.3) Keep saving it because of what you said in #2 ^.Please slow down, and take a deep breath.
