Hi all, We have a plot of land just outside of Orlando that we’re considering getting several 2,000 houses build.Construction wise, we’re looking into poured, precast panels, and concrete blocks.

Meaning, if you are new, and something has been around the block, there is a reason someone is trying to sell it to you as a new investor and it's not a good one.

The reality is some people just don't like being blocked into leases.I wouldn't send them a termination letter or view it as "having consequences".

The Gardena house is a little smaller, sold for $635,000 last year, is a block from where I live and even if the price increased the difference is not much considering I would rather live in Gardena, any day due to less crime.Let me know about the $45,000 monthly model you are concerned about.

Now that the area is cleaned up, we purchased another house on the block with another neighboring lot under contract.

We are also buying more properties on the block!

Unit is located 1 block from downtown shopping and just over a mile from OSU campus.
