In running deals through the calculators on BP I've begun to notice a few of the same realtors, some of the same types of housing, and areas of interest that I need some ground truth on.

I figure most of these kinds of deals would have to be manually created and it's not something that would be found in the MLS.I just discovered this forum and have begun trying to read most of the posts before I begin asking my own questions.As for your comment on not being able to find the fantastic deals straight out of the MLS, I do think there are some in there.
