I have seen it before but it is extremely rare and usually someone local that is retired and they see in someone  a huge desire and no excuse attitude to win which is like maybe 3% of the population.

Here is my advice/thoughts: the amount of debt is not nearly as important as one’s attitude toward the debt they have.

But its a good attitude to have that even negative can be positive ..

She has probably been successful getting "her way" with that kind of attitude in the past and may think she can just push you around.With what you have shared, it certainly sounds like you have grounds for eviction.

Fast response times, creative thinking, and a solution-oriented attitude is preferred!

It's millenials and their anti-landlord free "housing is a right" attitudes that have forced me to abandon LTR for STR. 

That attitude will quickly change depending on the increase.

She's already popped a pretty good attitude since this has happened so really just one more clue that I don't want to deal with this person anymore than I have to.
