They won't be able to ever just relax, if they never know when you're coming and that window is a 12 hour window every day.So, make it a 2 hour window, and less if possible.  

If you are confident in your tenant you will relax more.

One bad tenant and you will realize that you were too relaxed.

I have questions about the validity of the Service Member/Sailor affidavit that you may have filed, but perhaps your jurisdiction has more relaxed standards about the due diligence requirements for who may speak to this.

Once you find one you can trust you can surely relax a bit as them having to get your approval for a small fix can hinder them.

Our normal policy is more relaxed: we do not assess a late fee until close of business on the 4th of the month and do not serve a notice to vacate until the 7th.  

The rocking is the same for an elderly person that has weak leg muscles.

Tip:  Don't ever watch TV (unless to TOTALLY relax).

So, I get it.If you could find out if he has a caregiver, or hook him up with someone who comes to check on him, then you could relax knowing he's got help, and that you'll be notified quickly if he should pass away.

And good luck in trying to get these rental restrictive policies relaxed-impossible when homeowners outnumber investors by 20 to 1!
