I would contact the university directly to verify his employment.Honestly for the amount of risk that this entails I would not rent to him.

Now that I went to the trouble of identifying mold testing/remediation resources my tenant -- who asserted that she is living with toxic mold -- has not reached out to those outfits. 

But every tenant I add is pretty much pure profit.Also, I would say that I somewhat agree with their assertion that they are selling based on the size of building not current income.
