@Kent Verge That is very much like the  models we use, only without the ZWave connectivity.We have interfaced ours with our home grown building management system.  

Does anyone have a good accountant in Southern  California that understand the "Real Estate Professional" designation, property management, and real estate agent interface and how it can all work together? 

I actually recently just removed my listing from VRBO because I got 98% of my bookings through Airbnb and I hate their interface and lack of guest vetting.

Also I have just been browsing zillow and realtor.com.

The big picture: the owner does all the work pre-visit, including interfacing with STR channels for payments.

However, browsing through Bigger pockets has made me wonder if this is the best approach so I have signed up and am eager for advice as a beginner in real estate investing.

Meaning if someone can't qualify, or "just browsing" I'm not going to spend my time and expertise working with them.
