Rehab is mostly cosmetic included total paint throughout which my wife and I have already done including patching multiple holes in the walls, replacing some baseboards, caulking and light work.

I would get the roof fixed / patched asap. 

Stucco is very durable, but if does get damaged somehow it's very easy to repair by patching it and painting it to match.

Just needs new interior paint, I was going to replace the countertop because the cabinets look in great shape, new appliances, rip up the ugly carpet and tear off the ugly wall paper, and just a few patches in the dry wall.

Check to make sure if you are required to have one there, if not, cap it off at the main line in the basement or crawlspace and remove / patch all the sprinkler heads.
