I have it even worse than that , I let a woman move in with me and there are 2 boys , they are noisy and messy , they turn up the TV too loud , play on the drums , and pee on the toilet seat .

I remember walking through a house in an area where two prison guards were sharing a rental...the house was in absolute shambles but they were happy living in that mess.  I

I had a tenant move out after 5 years and they left the place a complete mess. I

Once I won the auction I drove to see it and assess what a mess i might have made before I wired the total funds.

Evictions can be messy and expensive.

Very messy.

The sad part in all this mess is the fact the guy( Morris) could have been wildly successful and built an empire (legally )had he done things the right way he still could have really made a name for himself .

And well there they were could have listed it could have filed a quick BK to try to work something out.. but nope  wholesaler long gone  Jay now owns it and gets stuck in a very messy emotional situation caused by the fake buyer who had no money no means and just spun a web.. this was not limited to wholesalers to be fair there were also crooks that had fake foreclosure rescue companies  IE we will deal with the bank just send us 2k.. many based in FLA.. this is why the AG's in many states really went after preforeclosure schemes.

It was messy, it wasn't fun at all!
