I have to add my own two cents though...in the summer time...the spiders down by the river are HUGE....and I had a couple of times where I had to decide to battle critters to deliver pizza or go back to my car and have dinner. haha.

Can someone see themselves living in your home right now- I think you may need to give them a little help seeing themselves having family dinners and watching tv or even sending kids off to school.I think with some nice furniture your coffered ceiling will look beautiful.

Driving down the street you see some guys doing some work on a property, and you stop, grab your cards, and go talk to them ....When the planning department, courts, and records department clerks wave at you as you walk into the county building...When you drive 2 hours to and from for dinner in San Francisco ...Visiting a friend you start asking them about house prices and if they know of anyone who is trying to sell in the neighborhood ...The guy at the coffee place finally says, you are in here every day, what do you do?
