It's a turnkey property, which I would like to get away from soon, but the company was great for the hand holding that turned out to be very valuable, as a Canadian citizen living in Canada.

Major city, great market characteristics, affordable for positive cash flow = many of the benefits of cheaper markets like the east coast, thunderbay, smaller towns like cornwall (as mentioned) with higher support of being a major Canadian city.

As for your question, it depends on where Victoria is.You may want to go to your profile and fill in the partabout location so that it will show up when you post.If you're talking about Victoria BC, I don't know whatthe Canadian law is.But in general...to really generalize...making a broadstatement...if you have to do any "funny stuff" when you're doing Real Estate, you're in trouble.
