Iron out the details with your property manager on responsibilities covered.IE: if the tenant pops a circuit breaker and can't figure out how to fix it, will your property manager go or do you have to get an electrician?

Say I buy that $60K property at 20% ($12K) down and cash flow $100 month a door like is mentioned on here a lot.Here is the trade I just closed out of today:With that $12K (down payment) 30 days ago I did 6 S&P 500 stock spreads called Iron Condors in the stock market for $200 a piece that required $12K.Today they became full value equaling $1,200.

Something he always hated, and the mostly-falling apart farmhouse was all my parents could find after being handed a 30 day notice.The house had holes in the walls, no insulation but it did have a nice big cast iron wood burning stove so we didn't freeze to death in the winter.
