It will be no different this time and as a real estate investor an economic recession does not concern me.Real estate prices are downward sticky and predicting home prices will fall 20-30% because of an economic recession is a conclusion that is hard to substantiate both on data from histroic recessions and also a practical considerations. 

I vote for the blog to be a sticky!

The sticky wicket is this:  there is a lot you can predict about the performance of that type of home in your market based on the historic performance + what's going on now.For example, if the median sales price in the area is $250k and you are looking at $80k homes then you are looking at the bottom 15% of the socio-economic arena . . . for better and for worse. 

That checkbox should be "sticky" for each user.

I obtained a local county map from my Realtor, and pinned up sticky notes for the 3 main ESRI categories on each ZIP code that I was looking at.
