I feel like even if this guy did pay....that would leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth, it's too much too fast.  

As of this moment,  they're nomads, intending to hop from AirBnB to AirBnB in fun locations (presently in a quaint vacation spot in New England) once every couple months, getting a taste of the United States before settling...

Two extremely bad experiences with it left such a bad taste in his mouth.

There are many other buyers who would toss the blinds & replace to their own tastes, so not entirely whacko logic.

I think the issue with the double charge and lack of communication (had to find out tenant broke the lease myself) left a bad taste in my mouth and start to question a lot of the things I was seeing.

Built in 1960, the improvements consist of fourteen 1x1 units and nine 2x1 units, one of which is a tastefully updated SFR, for a total of 16,333 RSF situated on approximately three quarters of an acre.The Gregory Arms Apartments offers a great place to live for tenants and all the desired amenities.

I don’t necessarily budget or adhere to these numbers, I just don’t have expensive taste and they’re usually what naturally occur.
