At least if you don't want to get in major trouble.I had 3 crews  2 in each.. boy girl... we hit EVERY NOD in the 4 county area... so that's a metro area with 6 people working it and that brought in 2 to 4 deals a month... so think about that.. now I only bought screaming deals..

I didn't have the confidence yet, because I hadn't yet done enough homework to know the difference between a bad deal, a good deal, and a screaming deal.

Like you have said, there are a lot of other ways to make money and a college degree is not AS needed as it use to be, so why pay a bloody fortune for it.

I have had tenants screaming at us.

Otherwise you will be dragging this guy into the title office kicking & screaming.  

If you hate cold-calling, sales, etc. you probably want to run screaming away from wholesaling.

With all the people who are screaming for capitol, why is it so hard for me to hook up with them to provide it?

After the cost of borrowing and listing, I'm seeing $10k spreads on $160k ARV homes billed as "SCREAMING DEALS".  

@Phil Wells the post and premise of the new market disruptor reminds me of the old adage that "the first one through the wall always gets bloody".

Wal mart has old ladies at the front not because they are going to scream the loudest when you steal, but when they greet everyone, theft goes down.
