For us, if you are able to get us access to the unit a few weeks prior to closing to come up with a SOW and estimate, then get on the same page with you regarding your vision, then we would be able to get started most times on the first day.

I think this comes down more so to your long term vision of where you want to be and if this property will be apart of the equation.
