You can also see why we as tax professionals are really compelled to use general language like "it depends" etc to fact patterns and questions, especially on these public forums where often times there are assumptions that have to be made and maybe only partial information is provided.

The basic pattern that my search code performs is as follows:  1st search starts with "A" if there are more than 50 results for just street names beginning with the letter "A" (or containing the letter "A" in some cases), another search is performed for "AA", if there are less than 50 results, the links, and then the linked page data is collected, the next search performed is for "AB".
