This is done in a city form and in a sealed envelope with the proper information labelled on it.

I still label myself and introduce myself as a real estate investor because I feel that is what I am doing - making money or not.If you two aren't real estate investors - then I'm in trouble.Thanks for all you  do!

Label everything.

I am not sure why a lebeling is necessary or who has the authority to make such labels, but "job" or "investing, makes no difference to me what anybody wants to call it.Anytime I "invest" my cash into RE or anything else where I expect a return, I consider that an investment.

That allows you to have a key ingredient to finding a quality renter - patience!  

That is your label and a personal view.

A 12-plex had P&L, balance, etc, but a 4-plex had an excel spread sheet labeled : plumbing, exterior, lights. 

I've been perusing the Marketplace, and while there are some labeled "Archived" there are others still listed for sale that look like decent deals, but will be 10 months old or more.
