Confusing for a newbie.Luckily, the house has just been rehabbed (all new handrails and paint), but it has a grey water system (not sure if that will be an issue- even if it works perfectly) and some old electrical (mostly upgraded).

As prices rise and demand stays strong more options will become a financially viable (reverse osmosis. grey water), similar to the the landscape of electricity options (more alternative options availble due to the current cost and demand).

Rent not recieved by the 7th Failure to Pay Rent is filed to start the eviction process.Post dates are used for further evidence for court and  to avoid grey areas.
