It definitely was a quick turnaround, my fastest closing so far, obviously not preferred but sometimes the only way.  

But selling the location is where you can make money fastest.  

They arent the fastest.

Although Cleveland does cash flow it is the 5th fastest shrinking large city in the U.S. and has been shrinking since 1950.

I think the development of more large-scale apartment buildings in the area is inevitable, OKC is the fastest growing city in the state and has grown twice as fast as the national average.

Too skinny, when the market goes down small condos go down the fastest.

Unfortunately, there are many questionable appraisers out there, especially with the lenders and AMC's (Appraisal Management Companies) hiring the cheapest and fastest and not the best qualified. 

It may be a little selfish, but they like to get paid quickly and I tell them that will be the fastest way.
