I have production and worship practice at my church every Thursday night, but would definitely like to come and meet some local investors and start making some connections.

I'm a magician and perform at schools, libraries, churches, restaurants, corporate events, etc.

I've looked into finding a local REIA but the ones I've found are pretty far out (Tyson's Corner, Falls Church).

Internally my view is that the inventory shortage is an opportunity to commit the ultimate heresy in the Church of Real Estate Sales, and actively seek out buyers. 

Having Security is pretty standard like also having a Maid. and chofers I grew up with securities in my house 24/7 also my entire neighborhood and all establishments have one ( even the church I used to go too had a few.. ( is like having an alarm pretty much.

She is renting from a church and they can't even make the taxes with what she is paying.  

Have Sundays off to go to Church with my family.I will say this to the parents that have children still at home.. don’t wait till their grown to spend time with them. 

About to start the remodel of this 1920's church near down town Tucson.

In the beginning of my real estate business journey we gave a lot of our time that was closely related to Church activities. 

Someone has to pay for the $1.4 BILLION just given to the Catholic church in PPP loans.
