Should I try calling myself even with speech impediment ?

Any situation where I feel physically stuck brings on a panic attack: when a ski lift stops and does not immediately start back up, I don't ever step foot in an elevator, even in a stairwell if I try a door and it doesn't open I will start hyperventilating.

I am extremely comfortable speaking to people from various social and ethnic backgrounds and adjusting my speech to each groups needs. 

The good news is that based on surrounding elevations, I should never see water on the 1st floor.My plan was to fix the downstairs, get it appraised and an equity line to finish fixing it, then refi out.

I suspect you can see it because of an elevated account status. 

Buyers budgets will continue to get crushed as rates will stay elevated for the foreseeable future.

Its listed at a 10% cap rate and its seems on paper like a good deal. 8 years are left on a 10 year tax abatement and the building has an elevator and gated parking garage.

I would much rather have a check to check "likeable loser" with a favorable rental history, dead end but stable job, and bad credit than a person with better credit, but had an eviction or court filing by a landlord in their past or someone that moves often.Some of my best tenants went through a foreclosure or short sale, are scary to look at (if they were getting on an elevator, you would get off), live check to check, but pay their rent every month.I look at an income of three times the rent and then make sure their are no evictions or even court filings.

About to begin a historic renovation project in which the owners want an elevator or lift installed.
