I am not familiar with any HML on a fix and flip that would not want an appraisal as well as an estimate of costs.

The only thing about it is that the property hasn’t been very well taken care of, so we know there’s a lot of work to do to fix it.

There are people on here (BP) that say "you don't need to pay for education".Well, not only are they wrong!

There are many here on BP as well as many on Linkedin that you could reach out to and they all have forms to fill out for deal specific information.I think trying to walk into offices will not be best use of time.

Unless the price is well adjusted I would avoid structural issues all together.

Worked out well and retined boiler heat with central air in a 4 bedroom 9 room house.So its not either/or; you can have boiler heat and central air together.
