There is zero chance the DIY weekend warrior landlord can identify quality tenants and place them as well as a PMC. 

With the barrier to entry being so low, there are way too many weekend warriors that don't know what they are doing and adding absolutely no value to the transaction.

This younger generation is used to fighting virtually over the internet or by text message.Person to person confrontation is very scary for them.Being a keyboard warrior is not.Just my observation of interpersonal skills in today’s younger generation.

I would definitely contact a real estate attorney in your area or some kind of foreclosure expert just to be sure.I don't want to hurt your feelings or get into a keyboard warrior back and forth diatribe but, that isn't how it works.
