There are hundreds if not thousands out there, but there are many by Bigger Pockets that are excellent for newer investors.

Since most people who are not actively seeking a sale are not motivated to sell at anything other than a top of the line price, this is going to be a numbers game of x thousands of contacts for every potentially doable deal.  

So, they make honest mistakes that can still cost you thousands of dollars.- If you try to hire contractor directly, you have about a 90%+ chance of getting taken advantage of.

I wouldnt say that Im paused (meaning that Im deliberately waiting), but I have not seen hardly anything in the past year that makes sense.

The brokers you sent that to called us immediately because we've closed thousands of units with them.
