I am generally looking for B neighborhoods and found a few nice looking areas (Historic Old Northeast, Shore Village, Seminole and Dunedin - way north).

Yale Height/Beechfield, the better parts of Belair Edison or Edmondson village, much of 21234 or 21239

We live in Aurora (Farm @ Arapahoe County, near Parker CO), so prefer someone within decent proximity (Denver is close, Aurora, Greenwood Village, Parker CO, etc).  

Mackaylee has been good at responding to emails and Kenna from property management was helpful when lockbox code did not work.USREEB have more options in 'A' class neighborhoods (Lees Summit, Praire Village, Blue Springs etc) compared to other providers focused on B and C neighborhoods.  

I have a few properties in the area and one in Montgomery Village.

I dont know the Queens Village area that well but I know homes are expensive here in NYC.Do you plan to wholesale the property - figure out what it will cost to buy it, rehab it and then advertise this information to potential buyers.

After purchase, The roof leaks, I contacted the village to get the information of the contractor and  they informed me the roof did not pass inspection and the roof ridge lines are collapsing and certain areas of the roof need new decking and the shingles were not installed with underlayment.
