Sure, I am a real estate agent with a team and I host a YouTube channel.

We are also on Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, Marriott Homes and Villas, and more via a channel manager but some will not approve without a certain number of units.  

In this video you do not see Jerry Nortons face like in his other videos only hear his voice.

I also watched Chad Carson's videos about being a small but might investor. 

I actually made a YouTube video answering this question in greater depth, but I'll summarize here. 

I tell guests in my description that the house is streaming only, and remind them right before they come to have their sign ins for their channels.

My advice to them is you really need to know construction and walk properties (not just look at videos and photos), know the area, have an unbiased local investor do a walk through (if you can't fly there in person), and how to read inspection reports and get a sewer line scope.

I have watched many of his videos & he contradicts himself a lot & is unauthentic.

Have the agent video everything, just in case tenant is there and causes a scene or refuses access.You will either get the work done or have a video supporting your eviction.
