Also- make sure you and her are on the same page in terms of what's reasonable for a wedding....you might end up with that 10k paying for a venue and food.

Save some money on commuting and stay with the area I know and possibly in the future look towards different venues.

Start with the BP podcasts and then your local REIA (Real Estate INvestment Association) as that will likely be your best networking venue

This unit is in NJ near 5 wedding venues, so it gets a lot of wedding guest bookings and can sleep up to 10 people.

Getting the BK stay lifted can take tons of time and be pretty unpredictable just because of the logistics of dealing with 2 different court schedules - AND savvy tenants can sometimes request more time in each venue. 

I can probably help out with nailing down a venue for a meet-up, too.Ed

Create a 'change in venue', by that I mean, look for Commercial Loans where your credit and DTI are not the criteria for granting the load. 

I have a centrally located venue in mind, but I need to gauge how many people will attend before I book it.
