My designer is designing my logo and also flyers, pamphlets etc. which I'll receive and upload on my social media pages hopefully today.

Regardless, we will be doing both.We started out by getting a logo done (99designs did an EXCELLENT job in my opinion), building a web page, phone numbers and vmail setup, driving for dollars and we are sending out the first mailer this week.  

You are allowed to put signs up and advertise to the general public (Of course you need to put your brokers logo etc on it and follow DOS regs).

Create a logo -- or use your initials in fancy script as a logo -- and spend time time getting your documents on your computer with your logo and professional style headings.  

Background out side of REI: I have a masters degree in sports marketing/business and currently work at Fox Sports as an Account Executive selling our TV and digital assets (commercials, in-game logos & reads, activations).Short term goal: networking on BP including any meet-ups in SoCal and retaining as much information on the forum and podcast that I can, to put into action!

Thanks, @Shaun Reilly , you beat me to it.A couple of cautions: this form is copyrighted, and since you aren't a realtor, you should create a form that doesn't have the realtor logo.

It is time to create a new logo.

A blank folder will do for your tenants (especially if you will use a PM down the road), but if you self manage have vistaprint.com make you some with your name or logo on it.

Basically, once I got my first deal done and saw it was possible, I then decided to position it as a business, and had some capital from the first deal to create an entity, operating agreement, logo, website...etc.Do your first deal on your own basically to get the capital to take it to the next level..
