I am in University and have my Real Estate License and am planning to work part-time as an Agent once I pass my exam to make connections and to keep learning about my San Jose/Santa Clara Market (plus hopefully increase my income).I am saving all I make at my current job and am trying to understand at what point I can start looking to buy my first Property. 

Hey guys, I’m about to be a freshman at the university of Miami majoring in real estate.

Universities, flight schools, HR departments for corporate housing, military bases, etc... the list is actually pretty long. 

Anyway, after appraisal we were able to insured the property with Universal company, I recently got a letter that my policy was going to be cancelled due to the condition of the roof.

Oregon State University has one of the biggest Forestry Schools in the country if not the largest.. its like if you want to be a wine maker you go to UC Davis in CA.. if you want to be in forestry you go to Oregon state.. or if you want to be in Mining you go to school of Mines in CO.. etc etc.

I am not a CPA, but I'm fairly sure that is not universally true.

I live near Chapman University and Children's Hospital of Orange County.

I would do more research on YouTube university to analyze the property and then get familiar with your local area so you can be more confident with your numbers. 

Eric,Pueblo has a lot to offer - Arkansas River Walk, Pueblo Reservoir, Arts Center, Family owned restaurants, Arkansas River activities, close to mountains, Colorado State University -Pueblo Campus, Pueblo Community College, home grown produce - known for peppers, and pumpkins, less traffic, driving distance to Colorado Springs and Denver.  

Can you refer me to any resources, or any search terms for me to chase on youtube university, so I can learn more about vetting operators in these spaces?
