Better interest rates, points and terms.If you had a 36 month LO (12 month lease with (2) possible 12 month extensions), with 36 x 300 option payments ($10,800) and a promise to REFUND the $10,800 if and only if they FINISH THE LEASE OF 36 months and abide by the Lease and Option to Purchase Terms (there are quite a few of them in the Option).

What I mean is are you lease optioning for cash flow or are you L/O for a big payday at the end and less concerned with getting maximum cash flow.If you don’t care as much about cash flow, you can set your lease payment for just above your mortgage payment, have a nice spread to what you owe and what your option price is and make a nice payday down the road.

I've expanded more into internet marketing as opposed to just LO referrals.LO's can't seem to grasp that their loan cycle just got about 3 months longer while we boost scores up.Otherwise, just kicking tail as usual.
