The only hitch I have is that I sometimes try to translate the message into Spanish for one of my tenants.

@Dave Foster I like your reasoning and when they translate into business you must be doing something right. 

I don’t necessarily expect every dollar spent on renovations to translate into a dollar increase in property value.

The closing was arduous but all that translates into is more education.

In terms of investors roles, being active translates into everyone having to do something for a deal.
