However, we found receipt management (downloading emails and pictures and saving them to Google Drive) to be so cumbersome and decided to join QBO train.

Has anyone took the training/mentorship?

Your ticket to entry is not in the institutional market unless you are prepared to pay like an institutional investor.I also suppose this sort of reality doesn't exist in these seminars.

There are training sessions you can sign up for on the site, these are live with no recording of the sessions. 

We are actually working with MEDC to put together workshops to help provide trainings for various regions in MI to help fill in the development gaps from the real estate entrepreneurs and what it takes to build a development company and complete a project.

Lots of the items you listed are small ticket items that are a cost of doing business and owning rentals.

Can anyone suggest training videos, books, or other resources that would help educate me on the topic?

I saw last week that you can get trained on the JOB to repair Elevators and start at $150,000 a year.
