It's amazing, and a financial tragedy. 

Tragedies like this is a sober reminder that life can be so short and we must spend time with family and people we love.

This is just normal life, it’s not some kind of tragedy when these things happen.

The media loves tragedy and chaos. 

So far on this second day of September, one tenant has paid their rent, one said they had a tragedy that took all their money so the rent is going to be late, and the rest we haven't heard from.

I just don't think there's any reason to think that we have any short-term problems to worry about (as far as apocalyptic tragedies go) here in the US. 

Tell them you need their help immediately, and you would not like to, but be forced to go to all of these outlets to prevent a similar tragedy from happening to other unsuspecting AirB&B folks.

Now since assignments are more and more being phased out and will probably disappear completely nationwide which i think would be a tragedy especially for newbies  i'm looking into transactional wholesaling deals and virtual wholesaling.

@Ralph NagleYou seem like a real tragedy of an existence.If anything, agents help keep prices stable and incentivize longer-term ownership in homes instead of speculative transaction.
