Hi Elizabeth - I know how tough it can be to manage laundry for a 6BR rental, especially with high-quality linens and tight turnarounds.

I don't deny that it's tough if you don't have family or contacts of your own, but with enough time and patience, I think it should be possible to develop contacts.

PM business from what I hear is pretty tough and competitive business. 

We have over 10,000 nightly stays per year so its hundreds of guests at any given time and yes we have PMS and automation systems in place as well as a VA but even with all that being a host is tough.

A sawmill is closing down in Montana because its workers can’t live anywhere near.  

It could be worth transitioning to a midterm rental if there's demand for that type of housing in your area, like traveling professionals or remote workers.

Closed at End of Sep2024 and listed on Zillow and other sites via Turbo Tenant.Compared the comps via Rentometer ,also offered 1000$ off for first month rent .I hear winter is a tough time , should I take down the rental listings from Zillow and other sites and relist when it's Spring?
