I discoved an amazing thing......I started to make more money, work less and had time to go to real estate seminars, buy tapes and books and build a savings, Oh...... a supportive wife was a big help........married now this Wednesday will be 47 years.I'll be 75 years old January 16, and as I look back over the many years of Trial and Terror, I don't think I'd want to start over learning to be an investor.What I didn't have and new investors have today makes this business easier; a computer, cell phone, Internet, Bigger Pockets and lots of folks to render help and encouragement.

Well that struck terror because I've heard the horror stories about folks actually buying the lot next door to the one they thought they were bidding on.Well it turned out to be incorrect I bought the property I wanted, but for some reason the law firm who handles the recording made a mistake.

Hi Tzook (Ahalan), Opening a US bank w/o stepping into a branch is currently not possible to do (terror and money laundering are the reason).If you plan to visit the US than you can go into a branch and do so. 

I have seen to many sweet pits turn and bite and when they do its major damage usually to a child.. of all the dogs I have owned over the years my biggest bitter is our Chiuahua CUJO he was a terror ( rest in peace ).. followed by my golden.. my shepard bite once but that was an intruder who came in uninvited then ran out when he saw the dog and got bit in the @$$  ..

Let them both know that any behavior that is directed at another tenant that is meant to alarm, torment, terrorize - including name calling - is considered harassment under the law and would be a lease violation that could result in their eviction.

So Immediately tenants in the downstairs started dropping like flies, because they said this woman, her son, and their friends were terrorizing them, forcing me to evict her.
