The 10-year units are a gift of technology I have happily adopted.I appreciate the comments through this thread about maintenance responsibility and risk. 

With technology, it's possible to manage from a distance yourself, but it would still be more difficult.Getting a good property management company is worth the cost (especially when you're out of state), but if you choose the wrong one, it'll cost you more than their fee, in which case, you might as well have managed it yourself. 

Apparently food is a really big deal to younger generations, I'm not sure they know stoves are for cooking not gadget storage, lol. 

If he sends that in and is accepted, he would need to wire money to the Lead at the appropriate time.Some level of technology aptitude is important.

I'm interested in hearing about the ways property managers are leveraging technology to boost tenant satisfaction.

Part of the reason I'm attracted to Huntsville is the thriving aerospace, defense, and technology sectors and all the new developments such as Toyota's manufacturing plant, Blue Origin investments, and Facebook's Data Center for example. 

I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc. 

Even with todays technology, there is potential to automate several construction tasks.
