You had to bring a snack the sales were for hours.

Bottles of water and little snacks, pen and notepad, toilet paper, paper towels.

Only snacks, no drinks.

It can be done. 2.5 years ROI sounds tasty in my books. 

It was sweet and tasty with a small spice to it :)I've also recently made some pickled red onions, and a small batch of picante sauce!

I rehabbed it and my dad visited to help with parts--whole new kitchen with a built in snack bar, new ceilings (old ones were failling in), new paint and floors, fixed heaters and windows, terraced the hilly yard, etc. 

Typically, they bring water and some snacks as well :-)

Which deduction do most rehabbers use when providing water, snacks, pizza, beer, etc for their work crews (family, friends, etc) on the jobsite?

KFC bones in boxes and half eaten McD Cheeseburgers, or etc...because as far as I now, there is nothing a car is made from that a Rat would find tasty...they are probably trying to get at some kind of tasty TRASH inside of it.  

Good marketing is not like using a vending machine where you drop in a few coins, pull a lever and get a pre wrapped, ready to eat, snack dropped right in your hands, right when you want.
