Well, that snowballed into a major drain pipe leak that had soaked into 2 downstairs kitchens (the clogged toilet was just the first symptom that was noticed). $24,000 later, we had 2 kitchens demoed and replaced and a new bathroom vanity and floor, not to mention a repaired drain pipe.

It's thought that "some" who acquire a virus, of any form, sometimes have lingering symptoms of chronic fatigue, joint/muscle pain, etc....for years afterwards.

So, I think unless you work on the cause, just hiding the symptom is not going to do anything for you. 

I'm also wondering why the PM wouldn't diagnose this as a flipped circuit breaker given the 'symptoms' of the situation.

But I'm not sure if people get sick/symptoms from termites.What's worse is now I feel similar symptoms when I turn on my car fan / AC - and that makes me think its back to mold being the problem.If it is mold, I'm thinking I'll have to replace my AC unit (20+ years old) and al the ducting (probably about the same age).

I can't guarantee it won't be a problem but the likelihood of you getting hit by an asteroid is probably greater.Since it takes 40 years or so for the symptoms to show up, you will not likely be sued and they would have to prove it was the place you rented to them 35 years earlier.

Or that the guy with the gunshot wound in Chicagodied because of covid but how do you explain that when covid, which has flu like symptoms, was rampant, the flu deaths disappeared?

I am curious if these people also google their health symptoms and just go off of that versus going to a doctor?
