Or does he keep doing what he’s doing, which to me with our growing family isn’t sustainable.  

The ultimate question is whether someone is in growth or sustain mode, so that will change the strategy.

The question would be the sustainability of the overall economy and job market. 

I tend to lead with building others up, with hoping to elevate people and cast a vision for how they can improve (even my haters), and it's hard for me to fully resonate with those who take the opposite approach.

The game is to keep loosening credit to bolster the economy beyond sustainable limits, then quickly contract it.
