There are assignments out there paying $7k+ for 48hr's/wk; this could allow you to supercharge your loan payoff and savings just off of one or two assignments.  

But regardless, I want to buy within 30 minutes of me because that’s where I have the most ability for trivial amounts of time to fix issues ($20 part and 5 minutes or $300 appliance repair service call) or Airbnb a property (supercharged income and they’re still saving vs a hotel).

I don't consider any of these cars Luxury cars.. to me those are top end Benz's or BMW's Cadillac etc.you buy a truck over 6k lbs and you are a full time agent you can write off 100% of that vehicle and I can see everyone in Texas needs a truckAs for charging Tesla hands down is the best for that with the super charger network and my model X is FREE 100% for the life of the car this adds a TON to resale value. 

If it were me, I would use short-term rentals to supercharge my cash flow with my first several investments (I personally would buy STR cabins in the Smokies).

Secondly, house-hacking a duplex is a really good situation to be in to supercharge your savings.

Rent by the room is also a great strategy, you can do that with a duplex too to super charge your returns.

Tesla is going to open up the super charger network to all brands and make another 100 billion a year on that one.. 

FREE super charging for anyone in the area and they can over the AIR release more battery capacity and give the cars greater range.. all with over the air software .. 

I bought another new one in 2020 as the suspension was better.. and it included FREE super charging for the life of the vehicle which is transferable this one reason older Teslas with the grandfathered in supercharging for free hold value so well. 

This means a "super-charged" recovery if it is small business centric.
