Don’t copy their design make your own but look at styles that work, what can you do that makes you special, can you do a theme that will stand out? 

But I have a very low opinion of guru types (high priced, lots of upselling, big promises, selling a life style in their ads more than information, etc.)

Here's the details:I was listening to a BP podcast or BP adjacent podcast over the last 2 weeks and I remember it mentioning a company that can assist in styling for renovating homes. 

For example, you must search for new suitable tenants and continue to make monthly loan payments.

There is WAY to do this... a ... style... dance almost!

- Are there alternative financing options, like private lenders or hard money loans, that could be suitable for someone with fluctuating income?
