Some people like to have freedom to do what they want, some like to buy fancy cars, some don’t want to have to work for someone else, some want to prove they can go from nothing to something, some are just competitive.

Study the market.

I’ve spent years studying everything to do with investing in houses and then this opportunity to buy land came up and I just jumped.

About two weeks ago I was very very thankful we had photos to prove a home was clean!

You’ve just proved my point that all you’re concerned with are your procedures at the cost of the customers actual experience. 

I haven’t seen any longer term studies done, only promotional info when the RE market was generally rising.  

Undoubtedly, I have much to learn, but I am no stranger to long hours of study and work.

In other words, if there are attorneys who can afford to specialize in just prosecuting dog owners for dog bites - then good luck defending against them.What I learned when I was studying law, was that if there is any history whatsoever that a dog has ever bitten someone or a dog before, then no matter the circumstances, if they bite again - they are automatically guilty.And, even as a dog lover, you and I both know that some breeds are more likely to bite than others.  

However, what the study didn't look at is the post tax return (and which is the bottom line and the most important thing).

How do you prove the change?
