Different strokes for different folks.RDPD may not be the holy grail of RE books but it is what helped me change my perspective on investments.

I have not worked for over 5 years because of a stroke I had.

By some stroke of luck, I just went under contract with my first flip and now I'm back to square one looking for another deal!

@Julian Buick  FCI is just posting individuals notes they don't own them. they will service them.. you can make bids on them ( IE low ball them )its extremely simple on the west coast to find notes... remember our title plants are state of the art ,,, not like a lot of states in the mid west and east coast.. another words you can search the data bases that are duplicates of the court house with key strokes.. ( ie west coast title plants)  all I would have to do is call my title co customer service agent here in Oregon and tell them I want a copy of all recorded DT's that are not institutional..

That is when we found a problem and what gave me a brain annuerism and a stroke just 2 days before my scheduled preventive surgery from a specialist.I am going to try to leave you out from my problems and concentrate on yours.  

If you want to do this on your own, I suggest you stop posting in Bigger Pockets and find somewhere else to get your ego stroked. 

Yeah, well some of us would rather do a little work and do it right rather than schedule, wait, correct , then stroke a huge check for the privilege.

I had a brain annurism and a stroke when I was 54 years old and still cannot walk.  

Unfortunately I had a brain anuerism aand a stroke a few years ago and my wife did not tell me that we got a notice in the mail and she did not tell me about until it was too late to do anything about that but I could not walk then and I was totally depend on her and the Teaxs Real Estae Center told me that I would have to start completely over.
