Create a partnership--I can't stress that enough.

That saves the homes that are already in existence and provides residents with the ability to remain independent in their own homes, free from the stress and resultant health and mental problems that accompany the constant threat of eviction.  

Better to own a smaller percentage of projects that perform well than own greater percentages of projects that perform poorly with added stress.

After a year of stress and headaches, he sold it off and swore never to invest in an area he didn’t know again.From what I’ve read in the Wall Street Journal, investing locally gives you a huge advantage because you understand the market firsthand.
